We can learn much from the successes and failures, lives, loves, and legacy of scriptural women—and readers will find great insights in the Women of the Bible Devotional. This brand-new book features 180 quick, easy-to-read entries on nearly every named woman of scripture—from Abigail to Zipporah—and many of the unnamed ladies, such as Job’s wife, the woman caught in adultery, and the persistent widow of Jesus’ parable. Biblical women played a powerful role in God’s plan for humanity, and their stories were recorded for our benefit today. The Women of the Bible Devotional can share important, even life-changing, principles for readers’ quiet time.

Good Morning, Britney! I am definitely a follower of your blog and think you do a great job! Thank you for sharing! I would love Darlene’s Women of the Bible at my fingertips every day. There is no great wisdom in print than the words from the bible. Comfort, strength, whatever the need, this is the greatest book to turn to. I know Darlene’s book is one not to miss as women of the bible are fascinating to read about and so much can be drawn from them. Thank you, Britney and Darlene, for both of these great giveaways.

cool give away
Hi Danielle! I appreciate your interest.
I like devotionals that I can relate to. I wonder if one has ever been written for widows?
susanlulu@yahoo.com
I’m sure there have been. And of course several of the Women of the Bible were widows –I’m sorry to hear of your loss.
This sounds like a wonderful devotional. I know we all can learn so much from the women that went before us and see their struggles, fears, joys and praises and their faith and sometimes even those who had a lack of it too. I know God has included all of them in His Word to bless us all! I follow your blog by e mail.
Merry, I’m excited to be a part of this project. I hope you get to read it.
