Wilderness Reunion is a fast-paced adventure!  Danger lurks around every turn when Alice Wilde stumbles upon a drug operation in the middle of the Oregon wilderness.  As the story quickly unfolds, a sense of fear and urgency is palpable, and the setting Goddard describes provides a backdrop that is both picturesque and perilous.  An exciting story of suspense and survival, Wilderness Reunion offers readers a great conclusion to a great series.

Carrie Fancett Pagels paints a lovely picture of Mackinac Island, making me long to visit and soak up the sights and sounds of island life! The attention to detail and inclusion of actual people and events add authenticity to the narrative, and I delighted in these glimpses into the past. Intertwining mystery and romance, Maude’s Mooring is an enjoyable story with its own special charm, and I look forward to more stories to come in the My Heart Belongs series.

Not your typical Amish fiction, His Guilt is sure to keep readers guessing! Shelley Shepard Gray is a wonderful storyteller, and she creates an ominous ambiance in this second Amish of Hart County story. Mark Fisher is an intriguing character, and I was eager to discover how his relationship with Waneta Cain would unfold. I thoroughly enjoyed their dramatic story and am eager to continue this compelling series!

A Matter of Trust is an action-packed adventure! Susan May Warren sweeps readers away to Glacier National Park and shares the beauty and brutality that can be found atop its rugged mountain peaks. Gage Watson is a great hero, working hard to forge a new path for himself and his career. I really enjoyed Gage’s courage and determination and the central theme of trust that carries through his and Ella’s journey.

With dramatic stories of risk and romance, it is always a pleasure to revisit the PEAK Rescue team. Warren has brought to life a dynamic cast of characters whose camaraderie is tangible, and I eagerly await their next adventure!

Sword of the Matchmaker is an enchanting tale! Filled with action and adventure, Debbie Lynne Costello captures the medieval times and brings the story of Penelope Beatty and Thomas Godfrey to life. I enjoyed Penelope’s strong, determined personality which contrasts with Sir Thomas’s protective nature and heroism. Their story delighted me, as did reuniting with Lord Royce and Lady Brithwin from Book 1, Sword of Forgiveness. I loved this beautifully written romance and am eager to continue the Winds of Change series!
