With a deft hand, Carolyn Miller whisks readers away and immerses them in 19th century England where the St. Hampton Heath village and villagers spring to life. I reveled in the story’s rich imagery and characterization and was entertained by the charms of both the hero and heroine. The frustrations Lavinia and Nicholas have with each other make their journey even more compelling. I thoroughly enjoyed this historical romance and look forward to continuing the Regency Brides: A Legacy of Grace series!
